LABOUR & SERVICES
Labour Dispute is a disagreement between an employer and an employee or Trade Union regarding the terms of employment, disputes, conditions of employment, fringe benefits, hours of work, tenure and wages negotiated during collective bargaining or the implementation of already agreed upon terms. Dispute can lead to go-slow strikes or lockouts. This may adversely affect the production, profits and in some circumstances forcing an involuntary shut down of the firm.
